Extruded Aluminum End Plate
Extruded aluminum end plates fix and support cells at both ends of a module, maintain structural strength, and assist thermal management.
Extruded aluminum end plates provide critical fixing and support at both ends of a battery module. They clamp cell units so positions do not shift inside the module, maintaining overall structural strength.
They also participate in thermal management: high thermal conductivity helps dissipate heat generated during charge/discharge and prevents local overheating. They supply mechanical support against external impact and vibration, improving safety and reliability.
Specifications
Material: 6063-T5 aluminum alloy
Size example: 169.5 脳 175 脳 19.5 mm (typical for 280 Ah cell modules; customizable)
Common alloys: 6061 / 6063 鈥?6061 for higher strength; 6063 for corrosion resistance and surface treatment. Surface treatments (anodizing, coating) further improve corrosion and wear resistance.
