Die-Cast Aluminum End Plate
Die-cast aluminum end plates fix and support cells, resist impact/vibration, and can integrate cooling and channel features for thermal management.
Die-cast aluminum end plates play an important role in module manufacturing: they fix and support internal cells and provide mechanical strength so the pack stays stable during transport, installation, and use—preventing displacement or damage from vibration or impact.
They can also integrate cooling and channel structures to improve thermal management and keep batteries within a safe temperature range.
