Module pressing & steel-belt fitting
Function: press the module and tightly fix the module to end plates with steel belts for stability and safety.
Typical process: place module and end plates on the press fixture → press to a set dimension → fit the steel belt so the assembly is firmly strapped → release and transfer.
Value: reliable contact between module and end plates; steel-belt fixation improves structural integrity and reduces loosening or damage in transport and use.
Terminal photography station
Uses high-resolution cameras to capture full terminal images for measurement and defect checks, then passes data downstream to laser welding.
Benefits: fast non-contact inspection, accurate micro-defect detection, and traceable inspection records.
Module insulation inspection
High-precision insulation testers measure insulation resistance quickly and accurately to judge whether the module meets electrical safety criteria before further processing.
